It isn’t uncommon for people to feel kinda bad that it took them so long to take advantage of our unique Ultimate Sandbag exercises. I get it, trust me! If I could go back and call our Ultimate Sandbag exercises something different I would! After all let’s face it, when people hear the words sandbag exercises they think of low bro dirty training. Sure, that is an appeal to some, but even if you were one of those “hardcore” lifters is it better to train just hard or with a purpose! This past week we were at the annual IDEA Worldwide fitness conference. It was awesome to work with some many people with our Ultimate Sandbag exercises and programming, but one guy stood out big time!
