Can Ultimate Sandbag Training Make You Immortal?
I could see it, at first it may seem that the Immortal Workouts is simply a cheap excuse to talk about our Ultimate Sandbag Training program. Eh, maybe it was, but there were so many things that I loved about correlating the Immortal movie with our Ultimate Sandbag Training. Most importantly was the idea of building fitness in many broad spectrums. What does that mean? It would have been easy to make Ultimate Sandbag Training just a ton of random, “hard” conditioning. Heck, there is plenty of people doing “stuff” out there including random sandbag training exercises. That takes no thought!
Ultimate Sandbag Training Immortal Workout 2!
A successful training program isn’t about just how tired we can make you, but how we can improve many areas of your fitness. This means incorporating stability, different planes of motion, and can strengthen your body in ways that the gym just doesn’t accomplish. That is what the Immortal program is about and not just bowing to the idea of metabolic, cardio, or whatever you want to call the workouts. Successful training programs are progressive and yes, can make you FEEL Immortal because you begin to move better and feel stronger without being beaten up.
How Do You Perform the Ultimate Sandbag Training Immortal Workouts
The “Immortal Workouts” are meant to be done by alternating workouts. You can have the option of doing them three or four days a week. For example if we have three days a week of performing these Ultimate Sandbag Training workouts it may look like this…
Monday: Workout 1
Tuesday: Recovery-Yoga, Stretching, Soft-Tissue
Wednesday: Workout 2
Thursday: Repeat Tuesday
Friday: Workout 3
Saturday Repeat Tuesday
Sunday: Off
Monday Workout 4
Tuesday: Recovery
Wednesday: Workout 1
So you can see Ultimate Sandbag Training workouts being alternated IS important as there are different emphasis on these various Immortal Workouts.
If you wish to train four days a week you can easily use a format such as
Monday: Workout 1
Tuesday: Workout 2
Wednesday: Recovery
Thursday: Workout 3
Friday: Workout 4
Saturday: Recovery
Sunday: Off
It is also acceptable to simply perform the workout one day and follow it with a “Recovery” day. These workouts are INTENSE! So, if you are also thinking about using them as part of your existing program you will want to consider when to use them as they could fatigue you for other forms of training. I would rather you use the Immortal workouts as a 4-6 week phase and come back to some of your other favorite workouts and I think you will be surprised how much easier some of those exercises and workouts actually feel!
Remember, our Ultimate Sandbag Training Immortal Workouts are going to challenge you in not just conditioning, but the way you move and think of producing strength. Post your results and feedback on our Facebook Fan Page as already we are getting tons of feedback on how the Immortal Workouts are the most challenging, fun, and effective programs people have performed!

i want to workout the sandbag routine for everyday of the week, how can i have it?
thanks
marissa
Hi Marissa,
You can do them everyday, however, it takes some creative programming to prevent overtraining. we are going to be showing how to do so in the near future. Yet probably 3-4 days a week is great for most people.
Nice combos.. I love Zercher GM to squat.. Those planking moves are great also…
Can someone explain what ladder sets are please?
Thank you!
Ladders mean you perform all the sets in a row without any rest alternating exercises so that all sets are completed and then you rest.
