Fast N’ Furious Ultimate Sandbag Exercises

Fast N’ Furious seems to be an accurate description of both our fitness and everyday life nowadays. Never enough time to seem to get it all done has made us really question can we get great fitness in a shorter amount of time. With the rise of various programs and training implements the real answer is YES!

In fact, I believe what has really led to the growth of training like kettlebells, suspension training, and Crossfit is the idea of being able to do good stuff in a short amount of time and being able to do great things almost anywhere. When I began in the industry in the late 90’s if you trained at home or outdoors that was seen as a lower end type of fitness. Something that people that couldn’t afford really good training would end up performing.

However, times have changed BIG TIME and people using programs like our Dynamic Variable Resistance Training™ and Ultimate Sandbag exercises can really get the same elite training they would at most high end facilities at home, outside, or just about anywhere! The best part is no longer do people have to sacrifice the feeling that they are performing “lower class” work as these same elite facilities are using much of the same equipment and programming.

Of course now the challenge is to figure out what to focus on and to create new standards. As our Ultimate Sandbag exercise program continues to grow we get wonderful feedback upon how Ultimate Sandbag training is helping so many different people reach their fitness goals. We thank you for all the positive feedback and contribute much of this success to really great programs that are possible because of the Ultimate Sandbag and the immense versatility of Ultimate Sandbag exercises.

The Fast N’ Furious Ultimate Sandbag Exercises

While many programs have standard exercises you can perform, really Ultimate Sandbag training as almost limitless variations. This is really important in ensuring success and allowing more people to benefit from Ultimate Sandbag exercises. Many think that the power of Ultimate Sandbag exercises comes in the fact that sandbag exercises have always been seen as “hardcore” or “unbalanced”. Yet, that isn’t where the power of Ultimate Sandbag exercises stem from.

The power really comes from the fact we can break down any movement and create a long line of great progressional exercises to ensure that we maximize performance and minimize risk of injury. Ultimate Sandbag exercises that will elevate your functional fitness far beyond any other program or training tool.  All without feeling as though we are sacrificing the quality of our training!

That is why I was very excited to hear about what one of our new DVRT™ coaches, Christine James, had created. The Fast N’ Furious workout that sets a great standard in many different areas of fitness. Best of all we can create endless variations for any fitness level!

Real Results of Ultimate Sandbag Exercises

“I’ve been training Amanda for about a month.  Her last time being fit was in high school.   Her initial reaction with the Ultimate Sandbag exercises and DVRT™ program was that she loves the versatility of the Ultimate Sandbag. Her busy schedule being a pilot makes it convenient for us to meet up on the “fly” for a good intense training session.  

I did the Fast n Furious with her to have a concrete and tangible starting point.   It was hard for her but she liked the challenge. Our first time with it we used the power DVRT™ half full.  Her time for the Fast N’ Furious Workout was 5:15.   Most people respond to knowing a “time” or having a goal to work towards beating.  She put in the work, meeting at least 5 days a week over the course of the last three weeks.

Last week I had her perform the same Fast N’ Furious with the same Ultimate Sandbag™.  This time she dropped  her time to 2:45!  She has expressed the obvious differences in clothes fitting better as well.   Most importantly she has expressed feeling more confident and better about herself as well as a competitive drive towards progressing and learning more with our Ultimate Sandbag exercises and DVRT™ system.  She now looks forward to our training as she can “know” she is improving.   Amanda has been the ideal client.  Very motivated, disciplined and accountable.   I have no doubt she will only continue to hit our  milestones!  I look forward to continuing to be a part of her journey.”

    I have been using your USB system for the past year and really like how functional it is. I tried the workout with a 90 lb bag and found it very challenging (4.41 was my best time out of three). Is this work out just a measuring tool or is this used as a workout? Overall I really liked it.

      It can be either one! You can work up to three cycles or perform some of the other variations we will be posting shortly!

    Omg, when I watched the video I heard “4 times” instead of “for time”… I thought I was super slow since it took me 16:03minutes to complete it!! It was a killer workout for sure!! hahaha

    what weight is she using in the bags?

      In the Strength bag it is around 40 pounds and the Power Bag was around 30 pounds

    There seems to be quiet a bit of bending in the knees. What suggestions do you have for someone who has problems with their knees. I can bend somewhat definitely not deep knee bends. :-)

      Wanda,
      You can eliminate the squats as the other movements primarily move from the hip and don’t put a lot of stress on the knees.
