No, this isn’t your Mom and Dad’s Kettlebell and Ultimate Sandbag Training program, heck, it probably isn’t your Grandma and Grandpa’s fitness program either! When I got into Kettlebells back in 2002 I was not so much enamored with the traditional use of Kettlebells as much as I was all the problem solving they would allow me to accomplish for my clients. While I respect the traditional use Kettlebells that just isn’t what my clients or myself are looking for with their fitness programs. They want BIG TIME fitness results!
Then There Was Ultimate Sandbag Training
Ironically, Ultimate Sandbag Training followed a similar path for myself. I saw sandbag training in the early 2000′s as a nice “change of pace”, but that was about it. Yea, sandbag training was tough, but because of the lack of versatility of traditional sandbag training I just didn’t see it as much more than that. Fast forward to 2005 with my first version of my Ultimate Sandbag and it felt like a whole new world opened up!
Once I started seeing the possibilities of Ultimate Sandbag Training in problem solving, it made sense that any great fitness program is all about how are you getting people to results faster in a more fun and exciting way!
Back in 2007 it made sense to combine Kettlebells and Ultimate Sandbag Training, after all they both of great and unique powers to improve fitness and meet any fitness level needs. That was our first Synergy program and as we continued to grow we developed better ideas and training methods to use Kettlebells and Ultimate Sandbag Training in ways that not only were cool and exciting, but took fitness programs to the next level. Looking at the needs of fitness and the person over the implement gave us the freedom to introduce some amazing programs.
Ultimate Sandbag Training & Kettlebells Beyond the Exercises
That’s right, Synergy 2.0 is NOT about cool workouts or exercises, rather we wanted a program that took you down the journey and path of success. Back in the early 2000′s I could have convinced you if I wanted that the power was in the training tool because they were different and unique.
